ENTRY CRITERIA: Students aged 16 years or above at time of course commencement.

START DATES: General English consists of 10 week courses starting on the following dates in 2004:
(Students can commence on other Mondays if preferred, except public holidays)

05 January - 15 March - 24 May - 02 August - 11 October

PART TIME (15 contact hours): Monday to Friday : 9.00am - 12.15pm
FULL TIME (23 contact hours): Monday to Thursday: 9.00am - 12.15pm + 1.15pm - 3.15pm
Friday: 9.00am - 12.15pm

COURSE FEE:
1 - 10 weeks Full Time (Intensive) $ 360.00 per week. Part Time Course $ 290.00 per week
11 - 20 weeks Full Time (Intensive) $ 355.00 per week
21 - 30 weeks Full Time (Intensive) $ 350.00 per week
Above 30 weeks Full Time (Intensive) $ 340.00 per week

COURSE MATERIAL: (General English) - Textbook sets are provided for the student’s use in class free of charge

Enroll for a combined course of 12 weeks at any two GEOS New Zealand colleges and get one FREE return domestic airfare to/from Christchurch or Wellington or Auckland. This option must be nominated at the time of initial enrolment. Advance booking is necessary and special conditions apply.

Fee: $4320.00 (Takapuna Beach Campus only)

Course 2: 29 March - 18 June
Course 3: 21 June - 10 September
Course 4: 13 September - 03 December

• Caregiver Fee: $800.00 Per Course (three months). Applies to students under 18yrs on courses above 12 weeks. Students are designated a Caregiver who does a pre arrival check of the homestay, contacts parents in advance and sends monthly reports

ACTIVITY COURSE AND FULL TIME GENERAL ENGLISH COURSE
ENTRY CRITERIA: 11 years at time of course commencement (Auckland City, Takapuna and Christchurch)
Course 1: 05 January - 20 February
Course 2: 05 April - 14 May
Course 3: 07 June - 27 August
Course 4: 06 December, 2004 - February, 2005

Activity Course Fee: $ 520.00 per week (Part Time tuition and afternoon activities)
Full Time Course Fee: $ 360.00 per week
• Students can join any Monday within the above course periods for a minimum of one week
• Course Description: Morning tuition 9.00am - 12.15pm. Daily afternoon activities (Activity Course)
Afternoon tuition (Full Time Course) 1.15pm – 3.15pm, Monday – Thursday plus Friday option.

ADELT An intensive, full time, three month English language teacher training course designed to provide overseas teachers of English with a high level of practical knowledge and skill within the English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom supported by a broad based theoretical knowledge of language teaching theories.

LIFT A 5 week intensive language course specifically for non –native English Language Teachers. The course is
designed for teachers who have a good standard of written and spoken English and who wish to develop their skills further. Participants should have an IELTS score (or equivalent) of between 5.0 and 6.0 (General or Academic).

ADVANCED GRAMMAR For EFL teachers who need the confidence to tackle tough grammar questions head on
